1. Company Details

   NICPL (North India Compressors Pvt. Ltd.) is engaged in the trading, supply, installation, service, and maintenance of industrial machinery including air compressors, color sorter machines, grain handling equipment, and related accessories.

   2. Product Information

   All product specifications, images, brochures, and technical details are provided for general information only and may change without prior notice as per manufacturer updates.

   3. Pricing

   Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

   Quoted prices are valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation.

   Taxes, duties, freight, and installation charges (if applicable) are charged extra unless specified.

   4. Order Confirmation

   Orders shall be considered confirmed only after receipt of a written purchase order and applicable advance payment, as mentioned in the quotation.

   5. Payment Terms

   Payment terms shall be strictly as per the agreed quotation.

   Delay in payment may attract interest or suspension of delivery/services.

   Ownership of goods remains with NICPL until full payment is received.

   6. Delivery & Installation

   Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on manufacturing, logistics, and site readiness.

   NICPL shall not be liable for delays caused due to force majeure, transport issues, or customer-side delays.

   7. Warranty

   Warranty is provided strictly as per the manufacturer’s standard warranty policy.

   Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, voltage fluctuations, unauthorized repairs, or lack of preventive maintenance.

   8. Service & AMC

   Service and AMC are offered as per mutually agreed terms.

   Spare parts, consumables, and breakdown repairs may be chargeable unless covered under warranty or AMC.

   9. Returns & Cancellations

   Once an order is confirmed, cancellation or modification is subject to approval and may attract cancellation charges.

   Customized or special-order items are non-returnable.

   10. Limitation of Liability

   NICPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use supplied products or services.

   11. Intellectual Property

   All logos, brand names, content, and materials belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

   12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

   All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sonipat / Haryana, India, and governed by Indian laws.

   13. Acceptance of Terms

   By placing an order or availing services from NICPL, the customer agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
